2013 INCO Interim Program Launch

INCO re-granting to 19 community groups:

ANHD is pleased to announce the launch of the 2013 INCO Interim Program. INCO was created ten years ago by the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development in partnership with the Neighborhood Opportunities Fund, to help neighborhood based groups develop the capacity, skills and strength to effectively coordinate campaigns for neighborhood revitalization and improve citywide policy. During this time, INCO and its member groups have leveraged over $1 billion in affordable housing resources and over 16,000 new or preserved affordable housing units.

ANHD is extremely appreciative of the financial and programmatic support INCO has received from the following donors – without their long standing support and vision this program would not be possible:

INCO Interim and Neighborhood Opportunities Fund Funders
Altman Foundation
Capital One
Citi Foundation
M&T Bank
New York Community Trust
New York Foundation
Scherman Foundation
Neighborhood Opportunities Fund Funders
Bank of America
Bank of New York – Mellon
Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi
Deutsche Bank
Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.
HSBC USA
JPMorgan Chase
Local Initiatives Support Corporation
Mizuho USA Foundation

INCO provides pass-through funding to participating ANHD member groups; ANHD staff support the organizations through individualized training and technical assistance; and INCO engages the organizations in citywide policy advocacy to work as a cohesive voice on affordable housing and community development issues, both in their neighborhoods and citywide.

We congratulate the 19 institutions selected to participate in the 2013 cycle of the INCO program:

Cypress Hills LDC
